Commercial Interior Design Portfolio - Community Spaces

Before

In the gathering room the residents wanted to create a warm and relaxing atmosphere on a strict budget.

In the Kitchenette, the layout works for the basic needs that are required of this space. So a minor face lift is needed to update the space.

After

We wanted to enhance the existing features such as the skylight, bay windows, ceiling beams and fireplace. We selected and installed new wall covering and window treatments to enhance the look and feel of the space. The result is a more inviting and relaxing space.

In the Kitchenette, we updated the finishes with a whimsical curved wall covering, a creamy speckled solid surface counter top, and warm oak toned cabinetry. We also added a touch of contrast with a laminate barn oak floor.

Testimonials

Our project involved some interior work to our dining room and living room areas. The samples you brought in reflected the warm, honey tones we were looking for, a simplicity of style while being very tasteful and color coordinated, while maintaining the “feel” of a place that could accommodate University gatherings, socials, or the everyday, relaxed meals for the fifteen Jesuits living in this residents. What I was especially impressed with has been the fact that you follow through quickly on projects without leaving us “hanging or in “limbo”.
